1. Pricing & Payment
• All prices displayed on StayFlex are in Ghanaian Cedis (GHS) unless stated otherwise.
• Prices are subject to change based on availability, seasonality, and property-specific policies.
• StayFlex allows clients to pay in installments before moving in. Full payment must be completed before check-in.
• Failure to complete payments before the due date may result in booking cancellation, and any payments made may be non-refundable based on the cancellation policy.
2. Security Deposit
• A refundable security deposit is required for all bookings. The deposit amount varies by property and will be specified during the booking process.
• The deposit is held to cover potential damages, excessive cleaning fees, or violations of house rules.
• If no damages or rule violations are found after check-out, the deposit will be refunded within 7–14 business days.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
• Cancellation policies vary by property. Please check individual listings for specific terms before booking.
• Some bookings may be non-refundable or have partial refund policies based on how close to check-in the cancellation occurs.
• In cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters), refunds or credits may be issued at StayFlex’s discretion.
4. Property Damage & Additional Charges
• Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property during their stay.
• If damage occurs, StayFlex and the property owner reserve the right to deduct the repair cost from the security deposit or charge the guest’s payment method.
• Excessive cleaning fees may apply if the property is left in an unsanitary condition.
5. Check-in & Check-out
• Check-in and check-out times vary by property and will be provided in the booking confirmation.
• Late check-outs may incur additional fees.
6. Guest Conduct & House Rules
• Guests must follow the property’s house rules, including noise restrictions, maximum occupancy limits, and smoking policies.
• Unauthorized guests or subletting are strictly prohibited.
• StayFlex reserves the right to cancel bookings or evict guests who violate these terms without a refund.
7. Liability & Responsibility
• StayFlex is a booking platform and is not liable for any accidents, theft, or disputes between guests and property owners.
• Guests are encouraged to secure travel insurance for additional protection.
8. Compliance with Local Laws
• All guests must comply with Ghanaian laws and regulations during their stay.
• Any illegal activities, including drug use or unauthorized business operations, are strictly prohibited and may result in eviction without a refund.
• Guests must provide a valid government-issued ID or passport at check-in for verification.
9. Visitors & Maximum Occupancy
• The number of guests must not exceed the limit specified in the booking.
• Visitors are allowed only with the host’s prior approval, and overnight stays for unregistered guests are prohibited.
• Additional fees may apply for extra guests beyond the agreed limit.
10. Utility Usage & Environmental Responsibility
• Guests are encouraged to use electricity and water responsibly.
• Some properties may have utility usage limits; exceeding them could result in additional charges.
• Guests must dispose of waste properly and maintain cleanliness to avoid additional cleaning fees.
11. Pets Policy
• Some properties may allow pets, while others have a strict no-pet policy.
• If allowed, guests may need to pay a pet deposit and follow specific pet-related rules.
12. Parking & Vehicle Use
• Parking availability varies by property. Guests should check with the host before arrival.
• Unauthorized parking or vehicle-related disturbances may lead to fines or towing at the guest’s expense.
13. Emergency & Safety Procedures
• Guests should familiarize themselves with emergency exits, fire safety procedures, and local emergency contact numbers.
• In case of emergencies, guests must notify StayFlex and the host immediately.
14. Early Check-in & Late Check-out
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• Guests must request early check-in or late check-out at least 24 hours in advance.
15. Long-Term Stays (30+ Days)
• Guests booking stays longer than 30 days must comply with additional verification procedures.
• Monthly utility caps may apply, and guests exceeding these limits will be responsible for additional charges.
16. Additional Services & Special Requests
• StayFlex offers optional services such as airport pickups, housekeeping, and car rentals.
• Fees for these services must be paid in advance, and cancellations may be subject to a service charge.
17. Dispute Resolution & Complaints
• If a guest has an issue, they must contact StayFlex support within 24 hours of check-in.
• StayFlex will mediate disputes, but final resolutions are subject to the host’s policies.
18. Guest Reviews & Feedback
• Guests are encouraged to leave honest reviews based on their experience.
• StayFlex does not allow fake, misleading, or abusive reviews.
19. Host Responsibilities
• Hosts must provide accurate property descriptions, pricing, and availability.
• Properties must meet basic cleanliness and safety standards before guest check-in.
20. Force Majeure (Unforeseen Events)
• StayFlex and property owners are not liable for cancellations due to natural disasters, government actions, or public health crises.
• StayFlex may offer credits, rebooking, or partial refunds at its discretion.
21. StayFlex’s Liability & Disclaimer
• StayFlex acts only as a booking platform and is not responsible for property conditions, injuries, or theft.
• Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
22. Amendments & Final Clauses
• StayFlex reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time.
• Any disputes will be handled in accordance with Ghanaian law.

24. Guest Responsibilities During Stay

- In the event of a financial discrepancy related to a booking (e.g., overcharge, incorrect refund), Guests must notify StayFlex within 72 hours of the transaction.
- StayFlex will investigate the discrepancy and work to resolve the issue in a timely manner.
- Resolutions may involve refunds, adjustments, or other appropriate actions, subject to verification and Host agreements.
- StayFlex reserves the right to request documentation to support any claims of financial discrepancies.
27. Communication and Notifications:

- Guests agree to receive electronic communications from StayFlex related to their bookings, including confirmations, updates, and notifications.
- Guests are responsible for ensuring their contact information is accurate and up-to-date.
